Astrid Gelijkens graduated as Master of Law in 2009 (University of Antwerp - cum laude). She started working for elegis in Antwerp and was admitted to the Antwerp Bar in 2009.
Astrid Gelijkens specialises in public and administrative law, with a focus on planning and urbanisation law, environmental law and real estate law, with a focus on (commercial) lease. In these branches, she has wide-ranging experience in legal procedures before the civil courts and several administrative courts (Council of State, Council for Permit Disputes, Constitutional Court).
